I am not a chef, I just love food and people.

I am not a professional chef. I didn’t go to culinary school, and I didn’t study abroad in Europe. I just love food and people. It's amazing that one dish can take me back 100 years and connect me to my ancestors in Italy - it’s time travel with food. I love that food is communal - eating together and enjoying the company fulfills oneself. Food is a necessity for life. Food is how we identify our cultures. Food is an art. Food is a craft. Food is for everyone.
