Why I cook.
My love of food probably starts with this one person, my gramps. My grandpa loved cooking and serving people. Every Sunday we had a huge family pasta dinner with more people than seats at the table. He owned a wonderful restaurant in my small home town for about a decade. Almost every memory of my grandpa involved food, family, and joy. I dedicate this show to him, I hope it makes him proud.
